Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join their hospital-employed ENT Specialists of Northwest Ohio practice in Findlay, Ohio. This full-time opportunity features a 50% general ENT and 50% subspecialty focus with a physician-directed schedule and APP-supported first call. Providers enjoy autonomy within an independent, nonprofit, physician-led health system and a member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network. Practice Info ENT Specialists of Northwest Ohio hospital-employed practice in Findlay, Northwest Ohio Established team of 1 ENT physician, 3 APPs, and 3 audiologists 24/7 pediatric and adult hospitalist/intensivist coverage Level III Trauma Center with trauma surgeons on call Dedicated OR time at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay Surgery Center, and Bluffton Hospital Strong specialty support across 54 specialties with a collegial medical staff of 750+ providers
Responsibilities: Practice 50% general ENT and 50% subspecialty focus Provide physician backup for call, up to 10 days/month Compensation $600,000 guaranteed base salary $600,000-$800,000+ total potential compensation with uncapped wRVU incentive Call pay: $600/day $100,000 signing bonus ($50K Year 1, $50K Year 2)
