The Opportunity: As a SAP Supply Chain Senior Manager you will lead client-facing SAP supply chain and operations consulting efforts focused on helping organizations optimize operational efficiency, implement software solutions, and support training and adoption across business applications within our Business Application Consulting practice. As a Senior Manager you will bring strategic advising skills, sound judgment, and the ability to guide teams through complex client work while developing solutions that address supply chain process needs and broader operational goals. In this role at PwC, you will oversee multiple workstreams, shape client discussions, and draw on your SAP supply chain and operations background to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities: Leading SAP supply chain and operations consulting workstreams for client programs- Advising clients on supply chain process optimization, operating model design, and system-driven transformation- Translating business requirements into SAP configuration and implementation activities across planning, procurement, inventory, and warehouse processes- Guiding teams through complex delivery phases, balancing scope, timing, and dependency management- Validating solution options against client objectives and adjusting plans based on feedback and business priorities- Developing practical approaches for supply chain performance improvement, cost management, and lead time reduction- Overseeing issue resolution across process, technology, and data workstreams to keep programs moving forward- Coaching team members on SAP supply chain methods, project delivery, and client communication- Presenting clear recommendations and progress updates to client leaders and internal stakeholders- Applying systems thinking to identify root causes, risks, and opportunities across end-to-end supply chain operations What You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 7 years of experience What Sets You Apart- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Health Administration/Public Health, Operations/Supply Chain, Science- Demonstrating SAP supply chain transformations across complex client environments- Applying systems thinking to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities- Crafting clear client messages that connect strategy, data, and execution- Validating outcomes through client feedback and alternate perspectives- Coaching teams through ambiguity with sound judgment and composure
Travel Requirements: Up to 80%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
