About the role
Supervising debit card servicing operations, the full-time remote Debit Card Services Supervisor will manage daily activities, including debit card administration and dispute processing, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and service level agreements.
Key responsibilities:
Supervise daily card services activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures
Provide guidance on complex card servicing and dispute-related issues, while monitoring team performance
Oversee debit card administration tasks and ensure compliance with Regulation E requirements
Required qualifications:
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial institution operations required
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience required
Experience in debit card services operations and dispute processing, including chargebacks and Reg E investigations
Strong understanding of card network rules and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
