About Us
We are a growing, fast-paced law firm seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Operations Coordinator to join our team. This position plays an essential role in supporting our legal staff by keeping case files organized, maintaining quality control, and ensuring our attorneys and Legal Assistants have the support they need to provide exceptional client service.

Responsibilities
Open new client files and ensure all required documentation is properly organized.
Organize medical records in chronological order for attorney review.
Prepare and process attorney fee orders.
Complete and maintain case review checklists.
Review files for completeness and identify missing documentation.
Maintain organized electronic case files and document management.
Assist Senior Legal Assistants with overflow work and administrative support.
Perform quality control reviews to ensure firm procedures are followed.
Assist the Office Manager with administrative and operational projects.
Coordinate special projects as assigned.
Cross-train with other team members to ensure seamless workflow.
Help maintain standardized office procedures and checklists.
Qualifications
Prior legal, medical, administrative, or office experience preferred but not required.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Professional communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
