Traveling MEP Project Manager
Company: Diamond Peak Recruiting (on behalf of a leading general contractor)
Our client is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead major MEP scopes on complex, high-value construction projects across the United States. This is a traveling position.
The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years of experience managing MEP projects for a general contractor or managing large-scale projects for a mechanical or electrical subcontractor. Project Types:
  • Advanced Manufacturing
  • Data Centers
  • HealthcareLife SciencesK-12/Institutions
  • Mission-Critical
  • Entertainment Complexes
  • GovernmentOther complex, technically demanding facilities
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of MEP project management experience
  • Experience with a GC, mechanical contractor, or electrical contractor
  • Proven experience managing projects/scopes of $20M+Strong understanding of MEP construction, coordination, scheduling, procurement, and financial management
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
