Position   Painter Job Location De Pere, WIStarting Date   Immediate Employment Term  Temp-to-Hire Employment Type Full-Time Work Hours (Shift)   2nd shift 2pm - 12:30am Starting Pay   Depends on Experience, up to $22/hour Benefits   Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus Required Education   High School Diploma/GEDRequired Experience -Minimum 1 yr Industrial Painting/Coating experience
Responsibilities: Surface Preparation: Cleaning, degreasing, sanding, scraping, or sandblasting metal parts and structures to ensure proper paint adhesion. Paint Application: Applying industrial paint, coatings, primers, and finishes using spray guns (HVLP), rollers, or brushes. System Operation: Operating industrial paint systems, including powder coating lines, automated spray equipment..Qualifications Minimum 1 year of Painting experience.
