About the role
- Operate ODRA sweepers at customer sites, trade shows, and industry events across the Atlanta region and Southeast
- Plan, set up, and execute on-site live equipment demonstrations and walkarounds
- Showcase product features, performance, and key differentiators in real working environments
- Partner closely with Sales Representatives to support the pre-sales process and customer engagement
- Deliver hands-on customer training and product demonstrations during deliveries and onboarding sessions
- Collect and share customer feedback to improve product performance and sales strategy
- Maintain demo equipment, trailers, and tools, including basic preventative maintenance and inspections
- Travel extensively across the Southeast and occasionally North America (up to 70%)What You Bring 2+ years of experience in heavy equipment operation, product demonstrations, or field-based technical roles
- Confidence operating heavy equipment (sweepers, loaders, tractors, or similar)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences
- Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a travel-heavy role
- Based in or near the Atlanta area, with flexibility for regional travel
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Experience in municipal, construction, or industrial equipment industries preferred
- Previous trade show or live demo experience preferred
