About the role

Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is seeking a Per Diem OB Hospitalist for shifts at Sharp Mary Birch Hospital for Women & Newborns in San Diego. This role entails covering 12-hour hospital shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, with optional clinic shifts. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in labor and delivery care and be board-certified or eligible for consideration. Key responsibilities include managing labor, delivery, and postpartum care, along with occasional emergency procedures. The position offers a shift rate of $2,500 per shift with paid malpractice coverage.
