Experience:
Current Minnesota teaching license required. Successful background check required. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed: Thorough knowledge of subject(s) taught; thorough knowledge of the principles and methodology of effective teaching; ability to establish and maintain standards of behavior; ability to deliver articulate oral presentations and written reports; and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, students and parents. Ability to communicate effectively with school staff and parents Exemplifies the following Five Character Traits: compassion, respect, responsibility, self discipline and honesty.
Specific Tasks:
Provide an ideal, positive learning environment, instruct students in individual or group sessions, develop, translate and integrate lesson plans, and establish positive relationships.
