About the role
City of Scottsdale is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior Management Analyst to support human resources operations and strategic initiatives that strengthen our workforce and organizational effectiveness.
In this role you will work with the Senior Director of Human Resources on budget development, contract and vendor management, council reports and agenda coordination, and workforce analytics, while leading high-impact HR projects.
