Line Cook

Responsibilities: Prepare and cook food to order per the specification Follow standard grill line recipes Operate grill and fryers; sautee, broil, and bake per cook instructions Setup and teardown of food preparation workspace Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment and workspace Properly store and handle food Follow food service safety & sanitation protocols across the kitchen Comply with company policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications: Must be 16 Years old to apply Working knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations Grill cook experience a plus Comply with company cleaning standards Strong attention to detail Team-oriented attitude Reliable work history Ability to multitask and perform under time constraints
