About the role
Team Assignment: Programing Reporting To: Volunteer Manager Other Working Relationships: Other volunteer greeters Purpose: To greet guests and make them feel welcome at the Park Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities: Greet guests and provide excellent customer service while answering guest's questions Have knowledge, through training, of Park facilities and attractions; be able to give directions within the Park Ensure there aren't too many guests trying to enter a location at a time Be aware of Park rules and alert Park staff to infractions Take initiative to assist guests as needed Training Required and Qualifications: BSP Volunteer Orientation Evaluations: Done as needed Location and Work Environment: Multiple locations throughout the Park Attire: BSP-issued volunteer shirt and name tag How to Register: Copy and paste the link into your web browser to create a volunteer profile: https://bonnetspringspark.com/volunteer/ Please Note: BSP does not accepept court-ordered volunteers.
