- Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
- Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory (50 miles max, typically within 10-20 miles)
- Implement effective sales strategy to meet or exceed designated sales targets
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program
- Participate in weekly sales meetings
- Conduct inspections and convert to claims filed with signed scope of work summary and contract
- Meet with insurance adjustors
- High school diploma/GED Required
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Drivers license and reliable working vehicle (truck preferred)
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- A positive attitude and ability to provide value
- Comfortable with heights and able to climb ladders to conduct inspections
