About the role
Our client, a leading lending platform, is hiring a NICE SmartReach/LiveVox Platform Engineer in Baltimore, MD!*This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays! (high chance of extension or conversion)* In this role, you will configure, manage, and troubleshoot NICE SmartReach / LiveVox outbound campaigns while supporting dialing strategies, campaign workflows, and platform operations. You will also partner with business and technical teams to resolve production issues, optimize campaign performance, and support integrations and ongoing platform improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain SmartReach / LiveVox campaigns while optimizing dialing strategies and campaign settings.
- Troubleshoot outbound dialing issues including contact records, agent assignments, dispositions, and campaign performance.
- Partner with technical and business teams to resolve platform issues and support integrations, testing, and production releases.
Requirements:
- NICE SmartReach / LiveVox experience
- Outbound campaign and dialer expertise
- Strong troubleshooting and production support skills
