Vice President Of MarketingJoin VensureHR as Vice President of Marketing and lead the company's comprehensive marketing strategy, demand-generation programs, and growth initiatives. You will strengthen the brand, improve pipeline performance, and build scalable marketing operations supporting Vensure and its Division Partners across North America.This role is ideal for an analytical, hands-on marketing executive who can connect strategy to measurable execution. Success requires deep experience with Marketo and Salesforce, strong alignment with Sales, and the ability to turn marketing investments into qualified leads, pipeline growth, and measurable revenue impact.Compensation: $160,000–$175,000 base salary annually Work Arrangement: On-site Location: Duluth, GeorgiaWhat You'll Lead• Own annual and quarterly marketing planning, including campaign strategy, growth priorities, target audiences, performance metrics, and execution plans.• Lead integrated demand-generation programs that build awareness, generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and accelerate pipeline.• Partner with Sales and business leaders to establish pipeline goals, improve lead quality, and align marketing programs with buyer needs and revenue objectives.• Own marketing performance reporting, including campaign effectiveness, lead generation, conversion rates, attribution, pipeline influence, ROI, and department KPIs.• Lead campaign development from concept through execution, defining messaging, channels, budgets, timelines, segmentation, and measurable goals.• Optimize lead acquisition, nurture performance, funnel progression, and marketing-sourced or marketing-influenced pipeline.• Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing marketing team while creating scalable processes across Vensure's divisions.• Lead the strategy and ongoing optimization of company websites, focusing on user experience, performance, scalability, accessibility, security, and conversion.• Oversee the CMS ecosystem, including content structure, themes, plugins, performance, documentation, and brand consistency.• Partner with Marketing, Sales, IT, UX/UI, developers, and business leaders to deliver integrated growth You Bring• 9+ years of progressive marketing or closely related experience.• Bachelor's degree or higher.• Executive-level marketing leadership experience with responsibility for strategy, teams, budgets, execution, and measurable business outcomes.• Strong B2B and B2C marketing experience in analytical, data-driven environments.• Deep, hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce.• Experience with campaign architecture, marketing automation, CRM and lead-management processes, segmentation, attribution, reporting, and pipeline visibility.• Leadership experience across demand generation, growth marketing, lead generation, pipeline development, digital marketing, branding, content, and UI/UX.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.• Ability to work on-site in Duluth, Georgia.
