Machine Operator Assistant We are seeking a diligent and skilled Machine Operator Assistant to join our team in Richmond, IN. This position involves working with slitting machinery on multiple shifts, focusing on precision and quality.
Responsibilities:
Set up slitter machinery and adjust the width of the cutting operation. Load rolls of raw plastic material into industrial machinery using a stand-up forklift. Assist with start-up, shutdown, product changeovers, and material changes. Conduct quality inspections using instruments and visual checks. Record production data, quality results, and downtime information accurately. Maintain cleanliness of the work area. Essential Skills Proficiency in machine operation. Ability to operate a stand-up forklift. Basic math and measurement skills. Mechanically inclined with experience in production. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $43680.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
