A high-profile individual is seeking a sharp, discreet Executive Personal Assistant to support both her professional and personal life. This is not a chief of staff or strategic role. It is pure execution. The right candidate gets things done without being asked twice and takes pride in being the invisible force that keeps everything running smoothly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
What You'll Do: Own complex, ever-changing travel logistics, international and domestic, with precision and zero drama Manage a fast-moving calendar and day-to-day scheduling, including call sheets and keeping the day on time across time zones Handle reservations, gifts, cards, expenses, and the full range of personal and executive admin tasks Anticipate needs before they're voiced and execute without hand-holding Interface professionally with a UHNW and tech network, including investors, founders, family office contacts, and board members Adapt fast as priorities shift, and bring sound business judgment to every call you make on the principal's behalf
Who You Are: Experienced supporting a CEO or founder: you've worked directly for a high-profile executive, preferably in the tech space, and know the pace and pressure of that world firsthandA seasoned travel manager: you've handled complex, multi-leg, international itineraries and know how to troubleshoot on the fly Sharp with business acumen: you read a room, size up priorities fast, and make smart calls even when the ground keeps shifting Quietly excellent: you're smart, organized, and capable, and you don't need the role to be about you Built for chaos: you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where the day rarely goes as plannedA team player: you work seamlessly with the broader team to get it done
