About the role
Connecting with customers through various communication channels, the part-time Remote Sales Customer Service Representative will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and meet sales objectives while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities
Field customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media to address questions and concerns
Resolve and de-escalate issues while tracking call-related information for auditing purposes
Meet defined sales objectives and provide feedback on call issues
Required qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
