Your Responsibilities:
Independently setting up, reconfiguring, and operating our complex systems in accordance with the respective production order
Monitoring and Ensuring Smooth Production
Ensuring Our High Quality Standards
Review and Compliance with Applicable Occupational Safety Standards
Assistance with repair and maintenance work
Cleaning the equipment and production areas in accordance with hygiene regulations
Your Profile:
Work experience in an industrial setting is a plus
Good written and spoken German skills (at least A2)
Ability to work shifts and willingness to work in a three-shift rotation, including weekend work
A strong understanding of and interest in technical processes
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Ability to handle pressure, ability to work well with others, and willingness to pursue further training
