General Superintendent | South Florida | $200M+ Ground-Up Projects Our client, a leading South Florida General Contractor, is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to oversee the construction of large-scale projects exceeding $200M in value. This role requires a proven construction leader capable of managing complex field operations, driving schedules, maintaining exceptional safety standards, and leading high-performing project teams from groundbreaking through completion.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide overall leadership for all site operations
  • Manage Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and field staff
  • Develop and drive project schedules to ensure timely delivery
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
  • Maintain site safety, quality control, and productivity standards
  • Work closely with Project Executives and Project Management teams
  • Identify and resolve project challenges before they impact delivery
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of construction experience
  • Previous experience leading projects valued at $200M+Strong background in high-rise, mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare, aviation, multifamily, or other large commercial construction projects
  • Experience managing large field teams and multiple Superintendents
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven history of delivering complex projects safely and successfully
