About the role
Business Execution Consultant Level 4The Business Execution Consultant Level 4 executes moderately complex business execution activities in support of product and business initiatives. The role contributes to analysis, documentation, delivery coordination, and execution tracking to ensure work progresses in alignment with defined business objectives, delivery plans, and governance requirements. This role operates under general supervision from senior product leaders, applies established practices and frameworks, and supports delivery outcomes without independent accountability for prioritization or funding decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Execution SupportPerform analysis and documentation of business requirements, functional requirements, and process flowsSupport current state and future state process analysis to identify gaps, impacts, and execution considerationsDraft and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and execution artifacts using approved tools and templatesEnsure requirements and documentation are accurate, complete, and traceableSupport execution of assigned deliverables by maintaining backlog readiness, dependencies, and execution artifactsAssist with refinement to ensure work items meet definition of ready standardsDelivery Execution, Backlog & Coordination SupportWork with business, technology, operations, and risk partners to support execution outcomesTrack assigned deliverables, milestones, and action items against delivery plansMonitor execution progress and identify risks, blockers, or timing concernsCoordinate follow ups across business and technology partners to support delivery timelinesPrepare status updates, execution summaries, and readiness views for leadership and delivery forumsEscalate execution risks, issues, or scope concerns through established governance channelsAssist with validation that deliverables meet approved acceptance criteriaRisk, Governance & ComplianceExecute work in adherence to risk, compliance, and change management standardsMaintain required artifacts to support governance, controls testing, and regulatory reviewIdentify and escalate execution or compliance risks appropriatelyRequired QualificationsTypically, 5+ years of experience in business execution, analysis, operations, or delivery support rolesExperience supporting delivery plans, milestones, and execution trackingStrong analytical, organizational, and documentation skillsRequired ability to comprehend and act within complex technological operating environmentsExperience in structured or Agile delivery environmentsAbility to work across multiple stakeholders and concurrent deliverablesExperience in a regulated, large scale environment preferredWorks under general supervision, with increasing complexity over timePrior experience in Payments, Treasury Services or Merchant Services preferred
