About the role
- Manage our roster of chess creators: brief them, review videos, and hold every video to our CPM and engagement targets.
- Grow our Youtube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook short-form catalogue, ensuring multiple videos are posted each day from a variety of creators.
- Own the inbound creator inbox and add at least one new active affiliate every week.
- Manage our Creator Reward Challenge, which pays creators cash based on views. Brief creators, review content, and approve payouts.
- Build a steady supply of rights-cleared UGC for organic and paid use.
- Track revenue, CPM and engagement by creator, and write the playbooks that let the program scale.
- You're a fit if you:
- Know, play, and follow chess. This role cannot be filled by someone unfamiliar with the game.
- Have 2+ years of experience managing creators, influencers, affiliates or user generated content.
- Have a proven track record of developing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, advocacy, customer acquisition, ROI, and business results.
- Have proven relationship building, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Have a strong analytical mind, with experience measuring and reporting on performance.
- Negotiate rates and hold partners to terms while remaining diplomatic, without burning bridges.
- Work well on your own in a small, remote, async team.
- Bonus Points if you:
- Make short-form video content yourself and have the view counts to show it.
- Are fluent in e-commerce best practices. You know how to ensure creators produce content that also sells the product
