About the role

Solventum is seeking a Director of Global Ethics and Compliance Monitoring and Reporting. The role leads a risk-based, global strategy for compliance, including audit, monitoring, reporting and analytics, and directs enterprise-wide monitoring programs. You will advise senior leadership on program effectiveness, emerging risks, and remediation efforts, while managing platforms teams and aligning with Legal, Internal Audit, Finance, IT, and Medical Affairs across international operations.
