  • Schedule and Hours1st Shift: 6am - 4:30pm2nd Shift: 12:30pm -11pmDuties and Responsibilities
  • Duties will vary by position but may include:
  • Installing, assembling, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Fabricating, fitting, welding, and assembling structural components.
  • Performing inspections and quality control checks.
  • Supporting construction, maintenance, and production activities.
  • Operating hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and industry-specific equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with company safety policies and OSHA standards.
  • Assisting crews with project completion and maintaining organized work areas.
  • Documenting inspections, repairs, and project-related activities as required.
Qualifications and Requirements: Previous experience in the position being applied for. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings, or technical instructions when required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed. Must be able to pass any required skills assessments. Must successfully complete pre-employment screenings, including background and drug screening when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • NCCER, OSHA 10/30, AWS, or other industry-related certifications.
  • Industrial construction, manufacturing, petrochemical, or heavy industrial experience.
  • Experience working in safety-sensitive environments.
  • Leadership experience for Foreman and Lead-level positions.
