Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Review and understand the existing SDLC control framework, control definitions, and reporting requirements. Identify and document data sources required to measure each control. Design reporting architecture and data models that support scalable SDLC control reporting. Build interactive dashboards and scorecards for engineering leadership, risk, compliance, and executive stakeholders. Develop automated reporting that measures control compliance, control effectiveness & Team, application, and portfolio-level performance Establish data quality validation and reconciliation processes. Collaborate with engineering, security, Dev Ops, platform teams, and governance stakeholders to validate metrics and reporting. Document dashboard logic, metric definitions, data lineage, and reporting processes. Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to enable ongoing maintenance by internal teams.
Required Qualifications: 5 plus years of experience developing enterprise reporting and dashboards. Experience working with SDLC, Dev Sec Ops, software engineering, or technology governance. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes and engineering metrics. Experience translating business and compliance requirements into measurable KPIs and dashboards. Strong SQL and data analysis skills. Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems using APIs or ETL processes. Excellent stakeholder communication and requirements gathering skills.
Pay Range: $35/hr - $45/hr The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
