About the role

Duolingo seeks a visionary VP of Product for Growth and Monetization to own its two core metrics, DAUs and revenue. You’ll lead the Growth and Monetization pillar with ~20 PMs, coach senior leaders, and partner with Engineering and Design to ship strategically important experiments. This hybrid role is based in New York, NY or Pittsburgh, PA and reports to the Chief Product Officer. You will drive world-class operating mechanisms, align leadership on priorities, and own the plan to hit ambitious
