Pipeline Expansion: Prospect, negotiate, and close multi-unit, high-profile hospitality and strategic accounts. Distributor Management: Elevate regional distributor and broker performance through rigorous joint business planning and accountability. Team Leadership: Maintain an active field presence, mentoring, coaching, and developing a dedicated team of Territory Sales Representatives. Financial Performance: Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance to maximize regional ROI, profitability, and budget efficiency.
What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of B2B sales experience in CPG / Food & Beverage (beverage, coffee, tea, wine, or artisanal specialty food background highly preferred).Proven Hospitality Track Record: Deep expertise navigating multi-unit hospitality accounts and broadline/specialty distributor networks. The Entrepreneurial Mindset: A natural ability to balance high-level strategic business forecasting with aggressive, hands-on market execution. Financial Acumen: Comfortable analyzing complex sales trends, managing promotional spend budgets, and optimizing customer profitability metrics.
