Patient Transport Elmhurst Hospital Center (EHC) is the major tertiary care provider in the borough of Queens. The hospital is comprised of 545 beds and is a Level I Trauma Center, an Emergency Heart Care Station and a 911 Receiving Hospital. Transports patients to and from the Nursing Service and all other patient areas for specialized treatment and examinations as a primary function, but will also perform such other duties as required. Elementary school graduation or equivalent ability to effectively communicate with patients; Ability to keep simple clinical records.
