About the role

Empowering clients to achieve their business goals, the full-time salaried Client Success Manager II will build strong relationships, drive product adoption, and develop comprehensive account plans while working closely with designated clients in the healthcare IT sector. Key responsibilities Deliver exceptional service by educating stakeholders, driving adoption, achieving retention goals, and identifying expansion opportunities Develop and execute comprehensive Client Account Plans based on a deep understanding of clients' healthcare IT needs and Intelerad's products Monitor client utilization of products, conduct Strategic Business Reviews, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve issues while ensuring compliance with service level agreements Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in client success or account management, or 2+ years in the healthcare IT domain Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience collaborating with C-Level executives and managing mid-market client accounts of $175,000+ annual value Strong leadership skills with a proactive mindset and excellent project management abilities Proven analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
