About the role
Supporting the growth of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program, the full-time ERM Analyst will identify, assess, monitor, and communicate risks while collaborating with various business partners in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
Assist in maintaining ERM governance documentation and support ongoing improvements to ERM processes and tools
Coordinate enterprise-wide risk assessments and monitor emerging risks, ensuring timely reporting to ERM leadership
Prepare reports and materials for governance forums, including the annual Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) Report
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Economics, or Actuarial Science
1-3 years of relevant professional experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, Finance, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information
Demonstrated initiative in identifying process improvement opportunities
