Job Opening Summary Under limited supervision, provides general operation support to all nursing units, including floating of staff, maintaining ANSOS, daily monitoring of time and attendance, and completing of corrective actions information with distribution to the appropriate nurse manager on a daily basis.. Monitors KRONOS for missed punches, check corrections, personal leave for all nursing units.. Coordinate admissions, transfers and discharges relative to bed assignment/activity in accordance with the hospital and departmental policies and procedures.. Facilitate admissions/transfer to Shands Jacksonville and serves as a liaison to physicians, nursing, support staff and outside facilities.. Preferred Experience: Accounting or budgeting procedures, two (2) years experience in a Healthcare environment.
