Pre-K Counts Family and Health Assistant Full-time position responsible for facilitating relationships between the home, the parents, and community agencies in the areas of health, nutrition and social services and to coordinate enrollment activities to maintain full enrollment in the Pre-K Counts programs These programs require travel to classroom locations in the following area school districts: Benton, Berwick, Central Columbia, Southern Columbia, Line Mountain, Millville, Milton, Shikellamy and Warrior Run
