As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming operations through lean methodology and innovative problem-solving. Lead Kaizen events and cross-functional improvement projects, utilizing lean manufacturing principles such as value stream mapping, 5S, and root cause problem-solving. Manage data analysis programs and tools, including SAP Business Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI, to track trends and provide insights for quality improvement and error reduction. Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping, Value-add / Non-Value-add, Standard Work, Line Balancing, 7 Wastes, hour-by-hour management, gap management, etc. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills along with superior computer skills, i.e. SAP, BW, Excel, Word, PPTX, Minitab, Tableau (or other statistical software).
