Acting as a coach and change leader, this role partners closely with HR teams and other departments to foster agility, drive continuous improvement, and accelerate HR program outcomes. Advocate for agile values and lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives within HR teams. Track key initiatives using agile metrics and visual management tools like Kanban boards or Jira dashboards. Work cross-functionally with departments such as IT, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment on agile project delivery. At least 5 years of experience in HR, organizational effectiveness, or project management, with demonstrated use of agile methodologies.
