Acting as a coach and change leader, this role partners closely with HR teams and other departments to foster agility, drive continuous improvement, and accelerate HR program outcomes. Advocate for agile values and lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives within HR teams. Track key initiatives using agile metrics and visual management tools like Kanban boards or Jira dashboards. Work cross-functionally with departments such as IT, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment on agile project delivery. At least 5 years of experience in HR, organizational effectiveness, or project management, with demonstrated use of agile methodologies.
The incumbent implements, leads, and directs the Process Control programs and efforts for manufacturing and provides long-term manufacturing process vision and strategic process development plans for non-woven products and raw materials.. Designs and develops new manufacturing processes and systems. Monitors production processes and then works with operations personnel to create standard work procedures, enhance flow, and implement Lean concepts throughout the plant including Six Sigma, Lean, etc.. Provides detailed failure-analysis and problem-solving feedback to project teams. Must be experienced in continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen events, 5S, Kanban, value stream and process mapping
