The Benefits Representative supports the administration of all University Health insurance plans for employees, retirees, and House Staff. In collaboration with insurance carriers, plan administrators, and third-party vendors, the Benefits Representative resolves coverage and claims issues. Additionally, this position requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build positive relationships with employees and vendors. PC and Windows experience to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Knowledge of PeopleSoft or other HRIS systems is preferred.
