This customer-facing role involves assisting customers with a variety of routine and complex financial transactions, including, but not limited to: opening accounts, deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications, as well as cross selling other credit union services like credit cards, investments, insurance and IRA's.. Meet customers' needs by servicing them through a variety of channels, including, but not limited to: In-Person, Outbound Calling Campaigns, Assisting with Inbound Call Center Calls, and Community Events.. The Sample Coordinator will process incoming samples, assist with administrative duties relating to Central Sample Repository functions.. Maintain sample integrity through logging and storage of Client samples for testing. Initiate Sample Chain of Custody and ensuring all appropriate documentation is procured prior to release of samples to the Labs. 1+ years of relevant experience or equivalent (LIMS system experience preferred). Proficient with computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, LIMS (preferred)
