The key responsibilities of an IBP Product Manager include demand planning by analyzing demand, inventory management, replenishment order placement and tracking, and supply planning by coordinating with production departments to ensure timely delivery of products and optimizing supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Create and implement process improvements to improve order fill rates, reporting formats and maintain optimum inventory level while streamlining plant production, including but not limited to, IT, sales, accounting, transportation & warehousing, and procurement. Gather and maintain data requirements for forecast; report the variances; forecast monthly, quarterly and annual variances in collaboration with sales and IBP Demand team; revised forecasts; forecast production schedule based on models and data; communicate schedule, changes and forecast issues with internal departments. Working knowledge of sales, marketing and demand planning.. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, proficiency with Data Analysis, Pivot tables, and complex graphs
