Foster or drive a reliability-centric culture mindset of asset preservation, loss elimination, uptime optimization and continuous improvement. Directs the activities of the Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to ensure all BOM's and PM are updated, required PMs are completed as scheduled and plant backlog is properly managed. Asset Reliability: Ensure asset reliability through TPM, Lean, Autonomous Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis, and other reliability tools. Proficient in Lean Manufacturing principles such as Six Sigma, TPS, TPM, 5-S and other disciplines. Fluent with Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Problem-Solving methods (5-Why, A3, 7-Step, 6W-2H).
