Oversee program scope, schedule, budget, and quality using hybrid project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).. As the Director of Business Process Excellence – North America Contract Logistics, you will lead the BPE team in driving operational excellence through structured process improvement, value stream optimization, and capability building across CEVA’s U.S. and Canadian warehouse network. Partner with functional leaders (HR, HSE, Quality, Engineering) to align on sustainable operational standards. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred. Deep knowledge of lean tools and principles, including VSM, Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, A3 problem solving, and TPM.
Develop an understanding of the Industry leading frameworks and methodologies for Sarbanes-Oxley, COBIT, NIST and ITIL. Perform technology risk assessments and reviewing, documenting, evaluating control’s design and operating effectiveness, IT internal audit consulting activities (internal audits over ERP systems, IT security, and other IT systems). Qualified to pursue a job-relevant certification (CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP). Strong Data Analytical skills including advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, and basic formulas), Word and PowerPoint.
