The Process Engineer will lead the development and implementation of process improvement projects and advanced troubleshooting techniques. The Process Engineer is responsible for assisting the overall management of the production process, including evaluating the performance of processes and equipment and proposing solutions to improve the plant’s performance metrics, such as yield and efficiency. Experience with formal problem-solving tools such as 8D, Six Sigma, Shainin, or other tools common to the Polymer Industry required. Exposure to statistical data analysis and/or problem-solving techniques, such as SPC. Experience using Minitab software and /or data analysis tools required.
