Integrating Lean Six Sigma principles to create a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with SCC staff to design and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Provide guidance and support in the integration of Lean Six Sigma practices into SCC's business operations. Deliver training sessions and workshops to SCC staff on Lean Six Sigma concepts, tools, and techniques.
